Inspired by Country and Victorian Design
InSinkErator® recently announced its new Series 2200 line of Instant Hot Water Dispensers that incorporate two traditional faucet styles to complement its contemporary offerings for the kitchen.
InSinkErator is a division of St. Louis-based Emerson Electric Co. (NYSE: EMR).
InSinkErator developed the Series 2200 line - which consists of a country- and a Victorian-style instant hot water dispenser - to appeal to homeowners wishing to combine traditional elegance with modern convenience.
The Country model fits well with farmhouse style kitchens. It features a C spout with a decorative high arc and an overall country-inspired look that has held steady in kitchen motifs for years.
The Victorian model enables homeowners to evoke a bygone era with its graceful curves and classic silhouette. The distinctive character of the Victorian design influence - a nod to the era from the late 1800s to early 1900s - continues to be highly sought after in today's homes. The Victorian model instant hot water dispenser features a unique L spout that offers timeless elegance to any vintage-inspired kitchen setting or eclectic modern/contemporary design mix.
"The Series 2200 gives homeowners additional options that they might not have thought about when considering an instant hot water dispenser," said Scott Roth, InSinkErator instant hot water dispenser product manager. "The two faucet styles call to mind popular design concepts of the past that align well with modern home trends, as well as fill a homeowner's need for kitchen products that expedite life's daily routines."
Both designs will be available in hot/cool and hot-only water models in fall 2007. The two faucets styles, which include the new InSinkErator stainless steel tank, are available in 12 designer finishes. The Series 2200 also comes standard with the F-201 filtration system that reduces chlorine taste and odor.
With the Series 2200 instant hot water dispenser, consumers have 200 degree water at their command, enabling them to perform a variety of tasks including cooking pasta al dente, preparing gourmet coffee, removing stubborn lids and labels, and making a hot compress or pampering tired feet.
The Series 2200 and other InSinkErator instant hot water dispensers are available through plumbers, kitchen designers, remodelers and home centers.
